Delivery & Shipping
We help you enjoy the comfort of your home while we take care of the delivery. You may store multiple delivery addresses in your account for convenience. Please ensure that all address details are entered completely and accurately.
We will contact you prior to delivery. Kindly make sure that you, or an adult over the age of 18, is available at the delivery address at the scheduled time.
1.1 Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Shipping times depend on the delivery location.
* Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
* International orders may require an additional 2–3 business days.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time; however, actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our delivery team will contact you at least 60 minutes before delivery.
Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.
You will receive shipping and delivery updates via email.
1.2 Delivery Process
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team. For security reasons, we do not accept address changes over the phone without verification.
If the customer is unavailable, delivery will be considered completed if the invoice or delivery note is signed by any family member who is at least 21 years old.
Products are considered delivered in good condition once the recipient signs the delivery note after inspecting the items. If the recipient refuses to inspect the products upon delivery, no future claims regarding damage or missing items will be accepted.
If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery date and time, our representative will wait for up to 30 minutes and attempt to contact you. If contact cannot be established, the delivery will be rescheduled.
The risk of loss, damage, and ownership of the products transfers to you upon successful delivery and full payment.
1.3 Delivery Fees
We offer free delivery for orders above 50 Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) or the equivalent in other currencies.
For orders below this amount, a delivery fee ranging between 2–5 KWD will apply depending on your delivery region.
International shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
1.4 Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We strongly recommend inspecting your products carefully upon delivery.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
* The products must be unused and in resalable condition.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discounted campaigns.
Refunds made via K-Net, Visa, or MasterCard may take approximately 4–6 weeks to process.
Alternatively, customers may choose to receive a store credit or gift voucher instead of a refund.
